The breakfast was perfect and superb with a super vegetarian option, scrambled egg, stunning views and the restaurant food was good. The location was lovely, relatively near River Heddon.

Marvellous and pleasant location in the good area, just next door to the lovely garden, the world famous Lynton to Barnstaple steam engines and Lynton and Lynmouth, a short drive away, or scenic and breathtaking walks over the Moors.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hidden gem situated in the stunning countryside. The spacious apartment provided breathtaking views of the gardens and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. The hosts were extremely helpful, even letting me use their telescope for star gazing. The cleanliness of the apartment was top notch and the peaceful woodland walk on site was a delightful bonus. Although a minor point, a small guide on using the oven and hob would have been helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
